摘 要:电力贯通线传统的三段式电流保护仅安装在线路首端,对故障区段的切除不具有选择性。因此,基于配电线路无通道保护原理,提出一种不依赖通信的电力贯通线故障区段隔离方案。在传统10 kV电力贯通线路仅在配电所装设保护的基础上,考虑在沿线箱变增设保护装置。在不影响无通道保护原有时限配合的前提下,使用单端故障测距算法对保护动作时限进行加速,进一步缩短故障隔离时间。配置相应的备用电源自动投入模块,实现故障区段从两端被切除的同时,恢复非故障区段的正常供电,保证故障隔离的快速性和选择性。As the traditional three-stage current protection of high speed railway power transmission line is only installed at the head end of the line,a fault section can not be cut off selectively.Therefore,based on non-communication protection principles of distribution lines,a fault isolation method of power transmission line is proposed independent of communication.For traditional power transmission lines,the protection device is only installed in the distribution substation,whereas,in this paper,protection devices are added to the box transformers along the line.Based on the premise that the previous time coordination is not affected,single-terminal fault location algorithm is applied to accelerating protection action time,and the time of fault section isolation is further reduced.Corresponding automatic put-in modules of standby power are allocated to allow power supply recovery of non-fault section when the fault section is cut off,and fault isolation is thus fulfilled rapidly and selectively.
