摘  要:为解决我国新三线城市的线网规模控制问题,定义了国家"新三线城市"含义,提出"新三线城市半小时轨道交通圈"的概念和意义。基于对新三线城市修建轨道交通规模控制的初步论述,阐述线网规模控制的意义,同时研究影响线网规划的各类因素、线网结构、基本形态等。通过对城市总体规划、客流预测、线网评价等方面研究,提出控制新三线城市线网规模的关键措施,并以此为依据初步规划国内某新三线城市初步合理的轨道交通线网规模,其方法可为其他新三线城市提供借鉴和参考作用。In order to solve the problem of controlling the network scale of new third-tire cities in China,this paper defines the meaning of the "new third-tire city"of the state and puts forward the concept and significance of "half hour rail transit circle"of new third-tire cities. Based on the preliminary discussion on the scale control of rail transit construction in new third-tire cities,this paper mainly expounds the significance of the scale control of the network,and studies the factors affecting the network planning,network structure,basic form and etc. The urban overall planning,passenger volume forecasting,network evaluation and other aspects of the research helps to formulate key measures to control the scale of new third-tire city rail transit network,and to provide preliminarily rational scale of the network for a new third-tire city. This method can provide reference for other new third-tire cities.
