摘 要:"两微一端"等新媒体的广泛应用和手机在大学生网民中的普及等,使高校的新媒体面临新的发展环境。有效地应用新理念和新思路,增强新媒体的传播力,扩大新媒体的应用规模,更好地满足师生的工作和学习需要,是高校新媒体发展过程中重要而亟待解决的难题。立足时代特点,对高校新媒体的概念进行了具体界定,提出高校新媒体的4大功能地位,分析了高校新媒体当前发展中存在的6大问题,依据高校新媒体的发展规律,结合发展实际,提出了促进高校新媒体发展和应用的6大对策。The wide application of such new media as " two micros and one news client", the popularity of mobile phones among college students have brought about a new environment for the development of new media in colleges & universities. Effective application of new ideas, enhancing the transmission power of new media, expanding the application scale of new media, and better serving the work and learning needs of teachers and students are important and urgent problems to be solved in the development of new media in colleges & univer- sities. Based on the characteristics of the times, the article defines the concept of new media in colleges & u- niversities, puts forward four functions of new media there, analyzes 6 major problems in the development of new media, and then comes up with 6 countermeasures to promote the development and application of new media in accordance with the law of the development of new media in colleges & universities in combination with the reality of development.
