应用型体育专业人才实践体系构建模式改革

摘　　要：为解决体育专业学生实践能力与社会需求脱轨的问题,提出构建多元实践体系,提升学生实践能力和水平。构建多元实践体系,对于高校体育院系服务地方和应用型、创新性人才的培养,均具有现实意义。多元实践体系构建可以从以下几个方面着手:基于专业和体育理论建立实践团队;组成以教研组为基础的教师指导团队;成立实践工作联络小组;形成合理的人才体系和激励机制。为了保障多元实践体系的质量,应建立科学管理系统,建立多方参与的考核评估体系,并相应修改培养方案、改进课程设置。Based on solving derailment problem between sports professional students ’ practical ability and social demand,a diversified practice system for improving the students ’ practical ability is proposed. The diversified system can help to solve the derailed state between students ’ ability and market demand,apply to service the local economy,and help to train applied and innovative talents. The diversified practice system can be constructed through the following aspects： to built a practice team basing on the professional and sport theory; to build a teachers’ guiding team,and so on. In order to ensure the quality,the system should adopt a scientific management mechanism,establish a multiparty assessment evaluation system,improve the curriculum.
