摘 要:传统的双棱镜干涉实验中需要测虚光源间距和虚光源到观察屏之间的距离,而虚光源间隔测量误差是波长测量误差的主要来源。详细地介绍了一种利用已知波长的光干涉条纹间隔与待测波长的光干涉条纹之间的比值来测量波长的方法,这种方法的优点是不必测量虚光源间隔,同时减少了误差来源,测量的准确度得到了一定程度的提升。The traditional biprism interference experiment needs to measure the distance between two virtual light sources and the distance between the plane of the virtual light source and the plane of the interference pattern. The measurement error of distance of double virtual light source is one of the main sources of the wavelength measurement error. This paper presents a method of measuring the wavelength by the ratio of the optical interference fringes at known wavelengths to the optical interference fringes of unknown wavelengths. The advantage of this method is that it is not necessary to measure the width between two virtual light sources while reducing the error source,and the measurement accuracy has a certain degree of improvement.
