双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻效果及对患儿免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探究双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散对于治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果及对患儿免疫功能的影响。方法选择2015年2月至2017年2月湖南省儿童医院消化内科收治的腹泻患儿400例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各200例。对照组在常规治疗的基础上服用蒙脱石散治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合双歧三联活菌片治疗。连续服用3d为1个疗程,比较两组患儿的临床腹泻疗效及免疫功能。结果治疗后观察组总有效率为92.0%(184/200),显著高于对照组77.5%(155/200),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组IgA和IgG水平显著高于对照组,CD4/CD8水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻疗效显著,且能提高患儿的免疫功能,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bifid Triple Viable tablets combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of pediatric diarrhea and its influence on the immune function of children.Methods A total of 400 children with diarrhea admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology of Hunan Provincial Children＇s Hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were selected as study subjects and were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 200 cases in each.The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder on the basis of routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Bifid Triple Viable tablets on the basis of the treatment for control group.Take 3 days as a course of treatment,and the efficacy of the treatment and immune function of the children were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 92.0%（184/200）,significantly higher than 77.5%（155/200）in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The level of IgA and IgG in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the level of CD4/CD8 was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Bifid Triple Viable tablets combined with montmorillonite powder has significant curative effect on children with diarrhea,and can improve the immune function of children.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
