摘　　要：小儿厌食症是儿科常见疾病,属于脾胃运化失调范畴。刁本恕主任医师结合多年临床经验,针对小儿厌食症的治疗,提出"补脾不如健脾,健脾不如醒脾"的理论思想,认为厌食症小儿在脾虚的基础上,多兼有食积;以及血肉有情之品善补血肉有情之体等理论。临床上通过内服食疗汤剂"健脾开胃汤",以及加强小儿体育锻炼等治疗手法手段治疗小儿厌食症,临床上得到了满意的疗效。Pediatric anorexia is a kind of pediatric common disease.It belongs to the disorder of spleen and stomach.Chief Diao has cured this kind of disease through years of clinical experience and put forward the theory of ＂ wakening the spleen is better than invigorating the spleen,invigorating the spleen is better than nourishing the spleen＂.Chief Diao believes diet stagnation is also an important reason for pediatric anorexia.Chief Diao uses the dietary decoction of ＂Jianpi Kaiwei decoction＂ to cure the disease and asks the children to strengthen physical exercise.A satisfactory clinical effect has been achieved.
