摘　　要：体育运动伤害事故保障机制是降低体育运动风险发生概率和减轻后果的最有效手段。从高校体育运动事故研究的相关理论基础着手,深入分析当前高校体育运动伤害事故研究的总体趋势和研究主体,明确现有概念研究、事故发生机制研究的内容与特点,提出高校体育运动伤害事故的法律责任与主要对策,对进一步促进高校体育运动伤害事故保障机制研究的发展提供参考和借鉴。The safeguard mechanism of sports injury accidents is one of the most effective way to reduce the probability of injury risk and mitigate the consequences.From the theoretical basis of sports accident research in Colleges and universities,this paper analyzed the current trend and research subjects of sports injury accidents in Colleges and universities deeply,and gave an explicit comment on the contents and characteristics of existing concept research and accident mechanism research.Also,this paper put forward the legal liability and main countermeasures of sports injury accidents in Colleges and universities.It is hoped to provide a reference for further research on the safeguard mechanism of sports injury accidents in Colleges and universities.
