摘 要:对常规吊点布设方法进行改进优化,通过计算甲板片的2个分重心位置,确定每个吊钩下方的吊点布设位置并做进一步调整。改进优化后的方法能够使甲板片因吊装产生的内应力最小化,变形位移最小化,使同一个吊钩下方的钢丝绳受力更均匀,解决了柔性较大或有局部重量集中的甲板片的吊装难题,让甲板片的吊装作业更加安全。The layout method of conventional lifting point of offshore platform is im-proved and optimized. By calculating the 2 points of the deck plate , the position of the lifting point under each hook is determined and adjusted. The internal stress and the deformation of deck plate caused by the lifting can be greatly reduced and the force of the wire rope under the same hook is even more uniform. At the same time, the lifting problem of the deck plate with larger flexibility or partial weight is solved and the deck lifting work is safer.
