摘 要:提升高校创业教育教师的学术创业能力,实现学术创业和高校创业教育有效对接是高校深化创新创业教育改革的重点任务之一。为了准确评估目前我国高校从事创业教育教师的学术创业能力现状,文章基于AHP的多层模糊综合评价模型,从创业精神、创业知识和创业技能等维度构建了高校创业教育教师的学术创业能力评价指标体系,并以浙江省高校创业教育教师学术创业能力的评价作为分析案例。研究结果显示,高校创业教育教师学术创业能力的机会识别能力、企业管理能力和风险管理能力还比较薄弱,科技成果转化能力显著不足。政府和高校应开展基于学术创业能力的创业教育教师管理实践,同时教师应与高校协同培育和提升自身学术创业能力水平。It is one of the key tasks for universities to deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities to promote the academic entrepreneurship ability of education teachers and to realize the effective docking of academic entrepreneurship and the education.In order to accurately assess the engaged in entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities teachers′academic entrepreneurship ability present situation,choose the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on AHP,the entrepreneurial spirit,entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial skills such as dimension build the entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities teachers′academic ability evaluation index system,the entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in zhejiang province teachers′academic ability evaluation as case analysis.The results show that constitute the entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities teachers′academic entrepreneurship opportunity identification ability,management ability and risk management capability is relatively weak,and achievement transformation ability significantly.Government and university management should carry out the education teacher management practice based on academic entrepreneurial ability,and teachers should cultivate and improve their own academic entrepreneurial ability.
