摘  要:喜河水电站一号机组摆度、振动偏大,造成上导温度升高及油槽甩油现象,在检修时发现机组上端轴滑转子同轴度偏心。经过试验数据科学分析、判断,找出原因,制定可行处理方案,解决了设备故障问题,使机组有一个安全稳定的运行状态。Throw and vibration of Unit 1,Xihe Hydropower Plant,are higher,which results in temperature rise of the upper guide and oil swings in sump. While repair is performed,it finds that the sliding rotor of the upper shaft occurs concentricity eccentricity. Through scientific analysis and determination of test data,causes are found and solution is proposed. The unit failure is eliminated to allow the unit to operate safely and stably.
