摘　　要：本文通过对大岗山水电站施工期安全监测管理实践工作的总结,介绍了其管理模式和主要措施、典型做法以及所取得的成效,指出了加强安全监测工作对大型水电站工程建设的重要性和必要性,可供同类工程在安全监测管理方面借鉴和参考。Through summarization of the management practice of the safety monitoring in construction period,Dagangshan Hydropower Project,in the paper,the management modes,major measures,typical methods and achievements are described. Importance and necessity of strengthening safety monitoring to the large-scaled hydropower projects construction are pointed out. This provides the similar projects with reference in term of the safety monitoring management.
