摘　　要：为了在企业投产或使用前发现数控机床回转工作台的潜在故障,文中结合各类工作台功能部件检测标准及测试技术,制定了一套回转工作台综合性能的检测规范。在模拟工况加载条件下,使用相应的传感器,对数控机床回转工作台的精度、刚度、温度等性能进行一体化检测并分析。该检测规范可为数控机床回转工作台在生产和使用过程中的检测起到指导作用,对整机的可靠性有着重要的影响。In order to find a potential failure of the rotary table before the enterprise going into operation or using,a set of rotary table comprehensive performance testing standards were developed,which combines with various types of table functional testing standards and testing technology. Under simulated actual loading conditions,the accuracy,stiffness,temperature and other properties of rotary table were tested and analyzed with appropriate sensors. The testing standards can play guiding role producing and using CNC machine tools rotary table,and has an important impact on the reliability of the machine.
