摘 要:为了揭示不同掺杂方式对TiO_2薄膜光催化性能的影响,以钛酸四丁酯为钛源,运用溶胶—凝胶法及浸渍-提拉技术在玻璃表面制备二氧化钛薄膜。分别以硼酸、氟化钠等作为B,F原料,利用梯度掺杂法制备非金属离子B,F梯度掺杂的二氧化钛薄膜。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外—可见吸收光谱(UV-vis)研究晶相结构及吸收光波长的变化。结果表明:采用梯度掺杂方式和表面掺杂方式后,TiO_2薄膜均出现吸收范围向长波方向移动,可见光的吸收量明显增加。以酸性品红的降解反应评价薄膜的光催化活性,离子共掺杂后的TiO_2薄膜光催化性能优于单掺杂的TiO_2薄膜;梯度掺杂后的TiO_2薄膜的光催化活性均优于表面掺杂的TiO_2薄膜。In order to reveal the influence of different doping methods on the photocatalytic properties of TiO2 thin films,titanium dioxide films were prepared by Sol-gel method and maceration-tirae technique. Non-metal ion B and F doped titanium dioxide films were prepared by gradient doping method with boric acid and sodium fluoride as raw materials. The changes of phase structure and absorption wavelength were studied by X-Ray diffraction( XRD) and( UV-Vis). The photocatalytic activity of the thin film was evaluated by the reaction of acid magenta. The graph shows that the absorption range of TiO2 films movs in the direction of long wave,and the absorption of visible light increases obviously. The photocatalysis performance of the TiO2 film after ion Co-doping is better than that of the single doped TiO2 film. The photocatalytic activity of the gradient doped TiO2 film is better than that of the surface doped TiO2 film.
