摘　　要：目前通信网的可靠性研究主要集中于网络拓扑结构、业务传输及可靠性指标体系,关于通信网人因可靠性的研究寥寥无几。为有效对通信网人因可靠性进行分析,选取通信网典型操作——IUCS/IUPS接口割接进行分析。通过构建通信网人为因素模型并进行人为因素可靠性分析,并利用CREAM方法对通信网接口割接中维护人员失效概率进行预测。通过结果分析,该方法能正确计算特定情景下IUCS/IUPS接口割接作业中的人因失误概率。Nowadays,the reliability analysis of the communication network mainly concentrates on the network topology and service transmission or reliability index system,but the analysis of human reliability is few.To effectively deal with human re-liability of coinmunicalion network,the selection ofTUCS/IUPS interface cutover is analyzedBy constructing ccmimunications network human reliability model to analyzestbe influence of network administrators ontbe communication network reliability,and the error probability of network administrators is predicted by CREAM in IUCS/IUPS inter＆ce cutover.Based on the cal-culation results,fhismethod is precise tocalculate the human errorprobability ofCutover.
