摘　　要：[目的/意义]探索县级图书馆总分馆制的建设模式和实施路径。[方法/过程]分析江西省县级总分馆制的实施情况,探讨了实施过程中的问题和不足。[结果/结论]提升基层图书馆管理人员的职业自觉、实施扁平化管理模式、引入社会力量兴办分馆、构建以县级图书馆为主体的多元化基层文化资源和打造一支基层专业队伍是当下江西省县级图书馆总分馆制可以选择的实施路径。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to explore the constructing mode and implementing approaches to construction of the county-level central-branch library system. [Method/process]The paper analyzes the implementations of county-level central-branch library system in Jiangxi, and discusses the problems and insufficiency in the implementing process. [Result/conclusion]There are some implementing approaches including improving managers’ vocational consciousness in library, putting flat management into effect, introducing societal forces to set up branch library, building grassroots multicultural resources with county-level libraries as majority, and setting up a group of grassroots professionals.
