摘 要:历史街区是城市重要的遗产资源,是城市旅游、文化以及商业开发活动的源泉,正确认知与妥善处置这些资源对于历史街区的研究者和经营者都是一个挑战。以天津"五大道"历史街区为例,从复杂顾客体验视角,依据历史文化价值、审美价值、娱乐休闲价值、环境价值、经济价值、形象价值等维度对历史街区的价值认知展开了实证分析与讨论,揭示了不同顾客群体对于历史街区价值认知的共性及差异性,以帮助历史街区的经营者根据不同目标顾客群体的体验需求进行精准的开发决策。Historic district is an important heritage resource of the city,and a source of urban tourism,culture and commercial development activities. However, correctly understanding and properly disposing of these resources is a challenge for researchers and operators in the field of historic district. Taking the Wudadao historic district in Tianjin as an example,from the perspective of complex customers’ experience,empirical analysis and discussion have been done on the value cognition of historic district based on historical cultural value,aesthetic value,entertainment and leisure value,environmental value,economic value,and image value. The analysis and discussion reveal the commonalities and differences of different customer groups ’ value cognition on historic district,thus help the operators in historic district make accurate development decisions based on the experience needs of different target customer groups.
