急诊超声检查在基层医院临床急症中的诊断价值探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨急诊超声检查在基层医院临床急症中的诊断价值。方法:从某院2015年1月~2016年12月急诊科收治的患者中选取73例进行研究,入选者均接受超声检查,和明确诊断结果进行比较,评价超声检查的符合率。结果:经统计,超声诊断的符合率为97.26%,与明确诊断比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:急诊超声检查在基层医院临床急症中具有较高的诊断价值,能为疾病的临床治疗提供可靠依据,是基层医院急症诊断的首选方式,适合进行临床推广。Objective：To explore the diagnostic value of emergency ultrasonography in the clinical emergency of primary hospital.Methods：73 cases of patients treated in a hospital from January 2015 to December2015 were selected for study.All the participants were examined by ultrasound and compared with the definite diagnostic results to evaluate the coincidence rate of ultrasound examination.Results：According to statistics,the coincidence rate of ultrasonic diagnosis was 97.26%.There was no significant difference between ultrasonic diagnosis and definite diagnosis（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Emergency ultrasound examination is of high diagnostic value in clinical emergencies in primary hospitals and can provide reliable basis for clinical treatment of diseases.It is the first choice for emergency diagnosis in primary hospitals and is suitable for clinical popularization.
