摘 要:目的:探讨在进餐量相对固定的情况下,不同的广东早餐进食方式对糖尿病和非糖尿病者的血糖水平及胰岛功能的影响,为糖尿病患者的早期综合防治提供依据。方法:对74例糖尿病患者(观察组)及87例非糖尿病者(对照组)予标准热量的早餐、早茶两种进食方式,对两种早餐进食方式的空腹、餐后30分、餐后120分的血糖和胰岛素值进行对比分析。结果:观察组餐后30分血糖及餐后120分胰岛素值有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),餐后30分的胰岛素值和餐后120分的血糖有显著性差异(P<0.05),早期相和总体葡萄糖、胰岛素曲线下面积、进食后胰岛素分泌指数均有显著性差异(P<0.05);对照组餐后30分血糖及餐后30分、120分胰岛素值,以及早期相和总体葡萄糖、胰岛素曲线下面积、进食后胰岛素分泌指数均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:广东早餐饮食习惯(饮早茶)这种进食方式对中老年糖尿病患者及非糖尿病者的血糖和胰岛功能存在影响。Objective:To explore the effects of different breakfast eating ways on blood glucose and insulin function in diabetic patients and non-diabetic patients in a relatively fixed amount of meals in Guangdong,so as to provide evidence for early comprehensive prevention and treatment of diabetic patients.Methods:74cases of diabetic patients(observation group)and 87 non-diabetic patients(control group)were given breakfast and morning tea with standard calorie,Then compared and analyzed the blood glucose and insulin values before meal,and at 30 mins,120 mins after meal in the two ways of eating.Results:In the observation group,there were significant differences in postprandial blood glucose at 30 mins after meal and postprandial insulin at 120 mins after meal(P〈0.01).There was significant difference between postprandial insulin at 120 mins after meal and postprandial blood glucose at 30 mins after meal(P〈0.05).There were significant differences in early phase and total glucose,area under insulin curve,insulin secretion index after eating(P〈0.05);In the control group,there were significant differences in postprandial blood glucose at 30 mins after meal and postprandial insulin value at 30 mins,120 mins after meal,as well as in early phase and total glucose,area under insulin curve and insulin secretion index after eating(P〈0.01).Conclusion:The breakfast eating habits in Guangdong has an effect on blood glucose and insulin function in middle-aged and aged diabetic patients and non-diabetic patients.
