心脏外科手术护理中快速康复外科理念的运用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析快速康复外科理念应用于心脏外科手术患者的临床效果。方法:选择80例2015年1月~2017年6月某院收治的心脏外科手术患者,随机分为两组,对照组给予常规心脏外科护理,研究组应用快速康复外科理念进行护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组与对照组术后心率、收缩压、体温等指标比较,均具有显著性差异(P<0.05);研究组拔管时间为(7.5±1.4)h,显著短于对照组的(12.6±2.3)h,P<0.05,差异显著;两组下床活动时间比较,组间差异明显(P<0.05);研究组住院时间为(10.2±1.8)d,对照组为(15.8±2.1)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复外科理念在心脏外科手术患者中的应用,能够有效改善患者临床症状,减轻患者痛苦,缩短患者住院时间,加速患者康复,可推广。Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery in patients undergoing cardiac surgery.Methods：80 cases of cardiac surgery patients treated in a hospital from January 2015 to June2017 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine cardiac surgical nursing,and the study group was given the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing,then the nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results：There were significant differences in heart rate,systolic blood pressure and body temperature between the study group and the control group（P〈0.05）.The extubation time of the study group was（7.5±1.4）h,which was significantly shorter than that of the control group[（12.6±2.3）h],with significant difference（P〈0.05）.There was significant difference between the two groups in the time of ambulation（P〈0.05）.The hospitalization time of the study group was（10.2±1.8）days,and that of the control group was（15.8±2.1）days,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in patients with cardiac surgery can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,relieve the pain of patients,shorten the hospitalization time,accelerate the rehabilitation of patients,and can be promoted.
