摘  要:文中主要对GB 14048.4-2010《低压开关设备和控制设备》中交流接触器在进行温升试验时,需要采取多种设备组装方式配合试验,其工作量大、试验效率低的问题进行研究。针对其问题利用交流恒流源装置设计并实现了一套交流接触断续工作制的温升试验测试平台,可解决接触器线圈通、断时间整定等其它问题,避开了传统测试的繁琐,优化了试验程序,提高了工作效率,将更好地满足国家标准的试验要求。In this paper, the problem of large workload and low test effciency is studied ,when the AC contactor in GB 14048.4-2010 "low voltage switchgear and control equipment" is carried out in the temperature rise test, a variety of equipment assembly methods should be adopted to cooperate with the test. In view of its problems, a temperature rise test platform is designed and implemented with AC constant current source device, which can solve the other problems such as the coil connection and time breaking of the contactor, avoid the tedious of the traditional test, optimize the test program, improve the working effciency and meet the national standard better.
