摘　　要：文中简要介绍了在工业锅炉内部检验过程中发现的一起DZL型锅炉锅筒底部鼓包的案例,为了防止类似锅炉事故发生,笔者结合长期检验实践经验,从锅炉的结构特征、水质处理、运行操作管理等方面对该起事故的原因进行重点剖析,并提出整改处理意见、今后使用操作管理等预防措施及类似锅炉的检验建议。This paper briefy introduced the case of a DZL boiler drum package in the process of industrial boiler internal inspection. In order to prevent the occurrence of similar accidents, combining with the experience of long term test, the cause of the accident was analyzed from the architectural feature of boiler, water quality treatment, operation and other aspects. At the same time, the treatment opinion and future operational preventive measures and inspection suggestions were put forward .
