甲硝唑对阴道乳杆菌增殖影响的体外研究

摘　　要：目的研究甲硝唑对健康女性阴道乳杆菌增殖的影响。方法从一组中国健康女性阴道分泌物中分离、纯化、鉴定一批乳杆菌菌株,进行体外培养至对数生长期。让乳杆菌在含有不同浓度甲硝唑(0,128,256,512,1 024,2 000μg/ml)的液体培养基中生长,每3 h检测培养基中乳杆菌的浓度(共检测24 h),评价甲硝唑对阴道乳杆菌增殖的影响。结果本研究中从20例女性阴道分泌物中分离获得了6种乳杆菌菌株。当甲硝唑浓度小于、等于128μg/ml时,对6种阴道乳杆菌的增殖均无影响(P>0.05)。当甲硝唑的浓度大于512μg/ml时,对6种阴道乳杆菌的增殖均产生明显抑制作用(P<0.05)。而当甲硝唑的浓度在128-512μg/ml时,对不同菌种的作用各不相同。结论甲硝唑浓度不同时,对阴道乳杆菌的作用不同。Objective To investigate the effect of metronidazole on the growth of Lactobacilli isolated from vagina of healthy Chinese women. Methods Strains of Lactobacillus isolated from healthy Chinese women were purified and differentiated,and used as test strains when they were cultured in proliferative stage. The test strains were cultured in Man-Rogosa-Sharpe（ MRS） broth containing 0,128,256,512,1 024,2 000 μg/ml metronidazole to investigate the effect of metronidazole on the growth of Lactobacilli,respectively.Optical density was measured for 24 h at 3 h interval. Results A total of 6 species of Lactobacillus were isolated,purified and differentiated from 20 healthy Chinese women. When the concentration of metronidazole was ≤128 μg/ml,metronidazole showed no significant effect on proliferation of the six species of Lactobacillus（ P〉0. 05）. When the concentration of metronidazole was more than 512μg/ml,metronidazole significantly inhibited the growth of six species of Lactobacillus（ P〈0. 05）. When the metronidazole concentrations were 128-512 μg/ml,the effect of metronidazole on the growth of six species of lactobacillus was significantly different. Conclusion The different concentration of metronidazole has different effect on the growth of Lactobacillus.
