汽车散热器格栅验证与结构优化

摘  要:文章以某款汽车散热器格栅本体为研究对象,汽车用散热器格栅装饰件在车辆应用上有三个功能:(1)装饰车辆前部;(2)散热通风作用;(3)遮蔽发动机仓。针对汽车散热器格栅这类注塑件,因为汽车功能的要求,涂装工艺的特殊烘烤工序的要求,对手件及自身的制造工艺瓶颈或外观A面设计造型理念的要求,遮蔽对手件标牌的功能性要求,从而产生的产品壁厚分布不均的情况。因为塑料产品高分子材料ABS的特殊分子链结构的组成,容易造成最终散热器产品脱模之后的冷却收缩不均。因此在产品前期设计阶段和模具设计和加工的过程中,到后续的注塑工艺数据的优化,结合利用Moldflow软件,对整个模具和产品注塑过程进行了CAE模拟分析。结合模流分析的结果,综合考量当前的模具状况,根据产品状态对产品背面的壁厚进行了优化改良,导入到模具修改方案之中,注塑模具一次修模的成功,产品涂装之后品质符合客户要求,最终达成该车型产品顺利导入量产。In this paper, a car radiator grille body as the research object, automobile radiator grille decorative parts in vehicle applications have three functions: (1 )decoration of the front part of the vehicle. (2 )heat dissipation and ventilation. (3)cover the engine bunker. Because of the requirement of automobile function, the special baking procedure of painting process, the bottleneck of manufacturing process of counterparts and its own, or the requirement of design and modeling idea of A plane of appearance, the automobile radiator grille is a kind of injection molded parts, which is the requirement of automobile function, the requirement of special baking procedure of painting process, Mask the functional requirements of counterparty signs, resulting in uneven distribution of product wall thickness. Because of the special molecular chain structure of the polymer material ABS of plastic products, it is easy to cause the uneven cooling shrinkage of the final radiator product after demoulding. Therefore, in the early stage of product design and mold design and processing process, to the subsequent optimization of injection molding process data, by the use of Moldflow software, the whole mold and product injection process was simulated and analyzed by CAE. . The quality of the product is in line with the customer's requirements after painting, and finally the model product is successfully introduced into mass production.
