摘　　要：文章介绍了"鲁班杯"电梯安装维修大赛广东省预赛安装项目,样板架的制作和曳引机的定位。对竞赛的流程、现场出现的问题、考核的要点进行了分析和探讨。作为安装项目的裁判,根据作者多年的安装维修经验,对竞赛项目的考核提出了自己的见解,希望对今后的电梯技能竞赛有一定的帮助。This paper introduces the installation project of the ＂Lu Ban Cup＂ elevator installation and maintenance contest in Guangdong Province, the manufacture of the template frame and the positioning of the traction machine. This paper analyzes and discusses the process of the competition, the problems on the spot and the key points of the examination. As the referee of the installation project, according to my experience of installation and maintenance for many years, the author puts forward his own opinion on the examination of the competition items, hoping to be of some help to the elevator skill competition in the future.
