摘  要:随着科教兴国战略的贯彻和实施,中国正从人力资源大国向人力资源的强国转变。高等院校是一个国家最高水平的教育机构和主要科研机构,承担着人才培养的基本责任。高校投入与产出效率的高低不仅直接影响人才质量,也体现着一个国家的科技创新潜力。采用DEA模型,对16所工科高校人才培养效率进行研究,对结果进行回归分析,进一步了解影响我国工科高校人才培养诸因素之间的相关关系。With the implementation and implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education,our country is shifting from the big human resources to the human resources.Colleges and universities are the highest level of education institutions and the main scientific research institutions,bear the basic responsibility of personnel training.The input and output efficiency of universities not only directly affects the quality of talents,but also reflects the potential of a country's scientific and technological innovation.In this paper,DEA model is used to study the efficiency of personnel training in 16 colleges and universities,and the results are analyzed and the relationship between the factors influencing the personnel training in engineering colleges and universities is further understood.
