基于综述视角的校企协同共建技术技能积累平台研究

摘　　要：当前我国经济发展进入"新常态"时期。在这个新时期形成的部分行业产能严重过剩,对技术进步和产业结构调整提出新的要求。基于校企协同的方式实现技术技能积累,有助于技术技能的积累、传承和创新,全面提升技术技能人才的培养质量,更好地服务于经济增长方式转变和产业转型升级,促进技术技能人才素质与技术创新、引进和改造的同步提高,有效促进技术技能积累机制的深层次发展。基于此,梳理技术技能积累平台建设的文献,探索当前理论和实践的研究进展以及存在的问题,以期为未来的研究提供基础。University-Enterprise collaboration is helpful for the accumulation of technical skill, inheritance and innovation.Better servethe economic growth mode transformation and transformation and upgrading of industry, and promote the technical skills talent qualityand technological innovation, the introduction and transformation of synchronization, effectively promote the deeper level of technicalskill accumulation mechanism.This paper combines literatures of the technical skill accumulation platform construction to explore thecurrent research progress and existing problems of theory and practice in order to provide the basis for future research.
