摘　　要：第三方逆向物流是提高组织逆向供应链管理效率的有效途径,在当前军民融合深入发展的背景下,如何合理评价和选择地方逆向物流供应商,使之成为我军军事逆向物流的有效补充,是当前亟待解决的问题。六西格玛计分卡是具有绩效测评功能的管理机制,因此,将六西格玛计分卡理论引入军事逆向物流供应商绩效评价问题中,基于六西格玛计分卡理论建立了军事逆向物流供应商绩效评价指标体系,利用扩充矩阵和Benchmarking思想对传统六西格玛计分卡方法进行了改进,并进行了实例分析。The third party reverse logistics is an effective way to improve the efficiency of the organization＇s reverse supply chain management.In the context of the current integration of military and civilian development, how to reasonably place the civil reverse logistics supplier evaluation and selection, make it become the effective supplement to the military reverse logistics, is the urgent problemto be solved.Six sigma balance scorecard isa management mechanism with performance evaluation function.The six sigma balancescorecard theory is introduced into the performance evaluation of military reverse logistics supplier, and the performance evaluationindex system of military reverse logistics supplier is established based on the six sigma balance scorecard theory, then the traditionalsix sigma balance scorecard method has been improved by using the extended matrix and the Benchmarking thought, finallya caseanalysis was carried out.
