摘　　要：在分析2013年以来行政事业性收费改革的一些特点,即取消收费项目数量不断增加、减免对象和领域不断扩大、治本性综合举措不断出台、实行目录清单管理等的基础上,指出行政事业性收费改革进度不平衡、各地执行中存在差异、经营服务性收费问题渐显等问题并提出继续加强行政审批事项及中介服务事项清理、加强中介服务市场主体培育、加大财政保障支持力度、加强收费监督管理等具体建议。This paper analyzes some features of the administrative fees reform since 2013, namely, the unceasingly increase in thenumber of fee items, the expansion？of the exemption of objects and areas, the continuous introduction of the comprehensive measuresfor the treatment of nature, the implementation of managing inventory; The paper points out the imbalance of charging reformprogress, the differences in the execution of various regions, and the problems of operating service fees.The paper puts forward someconcrete suggestions, such as continuing to clean up the administrative approval items and intermediary services, strengthening thecultivation of the subjects in the intermediary service market, enhancing the support of public finance, and increasing the supervisionand management of charging.
