曲美他嗪联合黄芪注射液对急性病毒性心肌炎的抗炎及抗氧自由基作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨曲美他嗪联合黄芪注射液对急性病毒性心肌炎(AVMC)的抗炎及抗氧自由基作用。方法:选取AVMC患者70例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各35例,对照组口服曲美他嗪,观察组在对照组基础上静脉滴注黄芪注射液,两组患者疗程均为4周。抽取治疗前后晨起空腹外周静脉血,分别测定血清炎性因子肿瘤坏死因子-α(TFN-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP),氧化应激定丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮(NO),心肌酶谱心肌肌钙蛋白(cTnI)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)。结果:观察组治疗后CRP、TFN-α、IL-6显著低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组治疗后MDA、NO低于对照组,SOD高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组治疗后cTnI、CK、CK-MB、LDH显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:曲美他嗪联合黄芪注射液治疗AVMC患者可有效发挥抗炎及抗OFR作用,从而减轻心肌损伤,提高治疗效果。Objective：To explore the effect of trimetazidine in combined with Huangqi injection in resisting inflammation and oxygen radicals in patients with acute viral myocarditis（AVMC）.Methods：A total of 70 patients with AVMC who were admitted in our hosptial from October,2015 to September,2017 were included in the study and randomized into the observation group and the control group with 35 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were orally administrated with trimetazidine.On the above basis,the patients in the observation group were given intravenous injection of Huangqi injection.The patients in the two groups were treated for 4 weeks.The morning fasting peripheral venous blood before and after treatment was collected.The serum TFN-α,IL-6,CRP,MDA,SOD,NO,cTnI,CK,CK-MB,and LDH.Results：CRP,TFN-α,and IL-6 after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.01）.MDA and NO after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while SOD was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.01）.cTnI,CK,CK-MB,and LDH after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusions：Trimetazidine in combined with Huangqi injection in the treatment of AVMC can effectively play the anti-inflammation and anti-OFR effects in order to reduce the myocardial damage,thus,the therapeutic effect is enhanced.
