摘  要:目的:研究重组人干扰素α2b雾化对手足口病患儿血清细胞因子及外周血免疫细胞的影响。方法:选择在本院诊断为手足口病的患儿作为研究对象,随机分为接受重组人干扰素α2b雾化联合常规对症治疗的干扰素α2b组以及接受常规对症治疗的对照组。治疗前及治疗后3天、治疗后5天时,测定血清中细胞因子的含量及外周血中免疫细胞的含量。结果:治疗后3天及5天时,两组患儿血清中IL-6、IL-13、TNF-α、CRP、MCP-1、VCAM-1、ICAM-1的含量以及外周血中CD19^+CD24highCD27^+B细胞的含量均显著低于治疗前,外周血中CD3^+CD4^+T细胞、CD3^+CD8^+T细胞、CD16^+CD56^+NK细胞的含量均高于治疗前(P<0.05)且干扰素α2b组患儿血清中IL-6、IL-13、TNF-α、CRP、MCP-1、VCAM-1、ICAM-1的含量以及外周血中CD19^+CD24highCD27^+B细胞的含量均显著低于对照组,外周血中CD3^+CD4^+T细胞、CD3^+CD8^+T细胞、CD16^+CD56^+NK细胞的含量均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:重组人干扰素α2b雾化治疗手足口病能够减轻炎症反应、改善免疫应答。Objective:To study the effects of recombinant human interferonα2batomization on serum cytokines and peripheral blood immune cells in children with HFMD.Methods:Children who were diagnosed with hand-foot-and-mouth disease in Tongji Hospital?Tongji Medical College Huazhong University of Science&Technology between June 2014and August2017were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the interferonα2bgroup who accepted human recombinant interferon α2batomization combined with conventional symptomatic treatment and the control group who accepted conventional symptomatic treatment.The contents of cytokines in serum and the contents of immune cells in peripheral blood were determined before treatment as well as 3days and 5days after treatment.Results:3days and 5days after treatment,IL-6,IL-13,TNF-α,CRP,MCP-1,VCAM-1and ICAM-1contents in serum as well as the contents of CD19~+CD24 high CD27~+B cells in peripheral blood of both groups of children with were significantly lower than those before treatment whereas the contents of CD3~+CD4~+T cells,CD3~+CD8~+T cells and CD16~+CD56~+NK cells in peripheral blood were higher than those before treatment(P〈0.05),and IL-6,IL-13,TNF-α,CRP,MCP-1,VCAM-1and ICAM-1contents in serum as well as the contents of CD19~+CD24highCD27~+B cells in peripheral blood of interferonα2bgroup were significantly lower than those of control group whereas the contents of CD3~+CD4~+T cells,CD3~+CD8~+T cells and CD16~+CD56~+NK cells in peripheral blood were higher than those of control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Recombinant human interferonα2batomization treatment of HFMD can reduce the inflammatory response and improve the immune response.Key words:
