摘　　要：离岸转手买卖一直是贸易背景真实性监管的难点与重点，银行必须遵循展业三原则，在关注企业货物流向和资金流动时，不仅要审查单据真实性，更应落实背景真实性审查.Offshore entrepot trade has always been an important and difficult issue in the authenticity review of trade background.
