摘 要:根据叶片特点,提出楔横轧成形Ti-6Al-4V叶片新工艺。首先通过热模拟实验对Ti-6Al-4V钛合金进行热模拟实验,获取Ti-6Al-4V的热变形本构方程,采用有限元软件Deform-3D对其成形过程进行热力耦合数值模拟,分析成形过程中的金属流动、温度以及应力、应变分布规律。结果发现:在Ti-6Al-4V钛合金成形过程中,轧件不同位置的金属流动速度不同,表面点金属流动快,心部点流动慢;从轧件温度的变化趋势来看,在轴向,由轧件中间对称面逐渐向两端减小,在轧件径向,温度从心部到表面逐渐减小;在展宽段3个方向上分别受到1.5,2和5 k N的力,轧制过程中最大轧制力矩为4500 N·m。最后通过H500楔横轧机对Ti-6Al-4V叶片进行了实验验证,表明采用楔横轧工艺预成形Ti-6Al-4V叶片是可行的。According to the characteristics of blade,a new technology of cross wedge rolling( CWR) for Ti-6 Al-4 V blade was put forward. Firstly,the thermal simulation experiment of titanium alloy Ti-6 Al-4 V was conducted,and the thermal deformation constitutive equation of Ti-6 Al-4 V was obtained. Then,the forming process was numerically simulated by the finite element software Deform-3 D based on thermodynamic coupling,and the distribution regulations of metal flow,temperature,stress and strain during the forming process were analyzed. The results show that in the forming process of titanium alloy Ti-6 Al-4 V,the speed of metal flow is not the same at different positions of rolling pieces,and the metal flows fast on the surface and slow in the core. From the view of temperature change of rolling pieces,it is gradually decreases from the middle symmetry plane to both ends along the axial direction,and it is gradually decreases from the core to the surface along the radial direction. Furthermore,along the three directions of broadening stage,the forces are 1. 5,2 and 5 k N respectively,and the maximum rolling torque is 4500 N·m in the rolling process. Finally,the experiment verification of Ti-6 Al-4 V blade is conducted by H500 cross wedge rolling mill which indicates that the process of CWR preforming of Ti-6 Al-4 V blade is feasible.
