摘  要:针对重卡用直齿圆柱齿轮采用冷挤压工艺成形外齿-内花键所存在的成形质量差和成形载荷高的问题,设计了3种冷挤压成形的工艺方案,分别为两步成形、分时成形和同时成形,运用有限元分析软件对3种成形工艺方案进行模拟仿真,并以成形质量和成形载荷作为分析比较的评判依据。模拟结果表明:直齿圆柱齿轮可以通过一步冷挤压成形外齿与内花键;采用同时成形工艺方案增加了背压力,提高了外齿与内花键的径向充填能力,从而改善了外齿齿顶塌角和内花键外扩的缺陷;采用同时成形工艺方案,减小了后续机械加工余量,并且提高了生产效率和材料利用率。因此,同时成形工艺方案适合直齿圆柱齿轮外齿-内花键的冷挤压成形。For the problems of poor forming quality and high forming load in the cold extrusion process of external gear and internal spline for straight spur gear of camion,three kinds of cold extrusion schemes were put forward by two-step forming,time-sharing forming and synchronous forming. Then,the three kinds of forming process schemes were simulated by the finite element analysis software,and the forming quality and forming load were used as the basis for analysis and comparison. The numerical simulation results show that the straight spur gear can be extruded to form the external gear and internal spline by one-step forming,and the synchronous forming increases the back pressure to improve the radial filling capacity of external gear and internal spline and avoid some defects of collapse on the tooth top of external gear and external expansion of internal spline. Meanwhile,the allowance of subsequent machining is reduced,and the production efficiency and material utilization ratio are improved by the synchronous forming. Therefore,the synchronous forming is suitable for the cold extrusion of external gear and internal spline for straight spur gear.
