摘　　要：通过理论分析、数值模拟与试验相结合的方法,对内台阶型环件径轴向辗轧技术进行研究,分析确定了初始辗轧方案。针对某一齿圈设计了用于辗轧内台阶型环件的芯辊,设计了梯形截面与矩形截面两种不同形状的毛坯,并对两种不同毛坯的辗轧过程进行仿真模拟与试制试验。结果表明：二者的圆度及壁厚均匀性都较好;在辗轧初期,梯形截面毛坯的轧制力较小,且随着轧制的进行,整体呈现出减小的趋势,且二者趋于一致;采用梯形截面毛坯成形的环件的温度、应变分布较为均匀。综合考虑辗轧过程中轧制力和成形环件几何尺寸、温度及应变分布的均匀性,梯形截面毛坯优于矩形截面毛坯,但前者制坯难度较大,且矩形截面毛坯亦能轧出合格齿圈,故矩形截面毛坯更适合于内台阶型环件径轴向辗轧过程。The radial-axial rolling technology of ring with inner steps was researched by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation combined with experimental methods,and the initial rolling plan was determined. Then,the mandrel roller used for rolling of ring with inner steps was designed aiming at a gear ring. Furthermore,two kinds of ring blanks with trapezoidal and rectangular cross sections were designed,and their rolling processes were simulated and tested. The results show that the roundness and thickness uniformity of both kinds of blanks are good. At the beginning of rolling,the rolling force for blank with trapezoidal cross section is smaller,the overall trend is decreasing,and both kinds of blanks tend to be consistent along with the rolling progress. The temperature and strain distributions of rolled ring taking the blank with trapezoidal cross section are more homogeneous. Comprehensively considering the uniformity of rolling force,rolled ring geometric sizes,temperature and stain distributions,the blank with trapezoidal cross section is superior to the blank with rectangular cross section,but the former is more difficult to be produced. However,the qualified gear ring can also be rolled by taking the blank with rectangular cross section which is fitter for the radial-axial rolling process of ring with inner steps.
