摘　　要：数控转塔冲床模具的使用和维护水平,直接影响工件的加工质量和模具使用寿命。介绍了数控转塔冲床的工作原理、组成结构以及数控转塔冲床模具的基本知识,重点阐述了标准模具和成形模具的选用原则。分析了数控转塔冲床模具在使用过程中出现的模具带料、模具磨损、废料反弹、冲压噪声、模具对中性等问题的产生原因,并提出了相应的解决措施。最后从模具间隙、模具刃磨、模具润滑、模具清洁和模具维修等多个方面给出了数控转塔冲床模具使用和维护时应遵循的技术要点,以指导企业和用户正确合理地使用和维护模具,满足实际生产要求。The processing quality of work pieces and service life of die were directly impacted by the operation and maintenance level of NC turret punch press die. Therefore,the principle,structure and its basic knowledge of NC turret punch press die were introduced,and the selection principle of standard die and forming die were emphatically expounded. Then,the causes of material sticking,die wear,scrap rebound,stamping noise and dislocation of upper and lower dies in the using process of NC turret punch press die were analyzed,and then the solving measures were put forward. Finally,the technical points to follow in the operation and maintenance process of NC turret punch press die were given from many aspects of die clearance,die edge sharpening,die lubrication,die cleaning,die repair,etc. in order to guide enterprises and users to correctly and rationally operate and maintain dies and meet the actual production requirements.
