摘 要:基于Hyper Xtrude数值模拟软件,以SLB350连续挤压包覆机为原型,分析了钢丝线径为Φ4 mm,包覆母线导电率分别为20%IACS,30%IACS和40%IACS,其所对应的平均铝层厚度分别为0.32,0.65和1.22 mm时挤压模具定径带处的速度场、温度场和等效应力场的分布情况。结果表明,在钢丝线径一定时,随着导电率的不断增加,铝包钢母线铝层截面面积随之增大,模具定径带处流动速度、温度和等效应力不断下降。最后,分别进行了3种导电率包覆母线同心度检测实验,实验数据与模拟结果一致,证明了此数值模拟可有效指导实际生产。Based on Hyper Xtrude numerical simulation software,for SLB350 type continuous extrusion and cladding machine,the distributions of velocity field,temperature field and equivalent stress field on the calibrating strap of extrusion die were analyzed with the steel wire diameter of Ф4 mm and the electric conductivities of 20% IACS,30% IACS and 40% IACS,which were in correspondence with the average thicknesses of aluminum layer of 0. 32,0. 65 and 1. 22 mm. The result shows that the cross-sectional area of aluminum-clad steel bus line increases with the increasing of electric conductivity when the steel wire diameter is constant,and the velocity,temperature and equivalent stress on the calibrating strap of extrusion die decrease continuously. Finally,the tests of concentricity for cladding bus line with three kinds of electric conductivities were performed. And the data of test coincides with the result of numerical simulation,which proves that the numerical simulation could guide the practical production effectively.
