摘  要:为了降低成本、改善调速系统的闭环特性,提出了在晶闸管为变流器件下的一种新型双闭环控制策略。在转速反馈闭环控制的基础上,引入有功电流环,通过频率、电压两个变量的协调控制来实现双闭环调速。分析电动机有功电流特性,根据实验数据,通过拟合得到转差与有功电流的关系。并由双变量交-交变频的特点,在充分利用电动机的过载能力的条件下,确定调速方案。通过Matlab软件仿真和ARM驱动实验,验证了交-交变频双闭环调速方案的可行性和有效性。With the purpose of reducing costs and improving the properties of the closed-loop speed control system, presents a new dual-loop control strategy based on the thyristor converter. The added active current closed loop on the basis of feedback loop speed control,by frequency, voltage coordinated control to achieve double-loop speed control. Analysis of motor active current characteristics according to the experimental data, obtained by fitting the slip and active current relationship. By bivariate aherna- ting conversion frequency characteristics,in making full use of the motor overload conditions, determine speed program. Simula- tions with Matlab and experiment results with ARM, are presented to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of alternating conver- sion frequency dual-loop speed control program.
