摘 要:以YW-1020型全自动深压纹机为研究对象,针对其初压纹与动平台闭合加压时两个工作位置,采用三维制图软件Solid Works分别对压纹机的两个工作位置进行建模与装配。运用ANSYS Workbench对深压纹机的两个工作位置进行了有限元分析,通过分析结果找出其受力情况相对恶劣的工作位置,进而提取出该工作位置下径向滑动轴承的Mises应力。结果表明,深压纹机在动平台闭合加压时的工作位置受力情况较为不理想,在此工况下,Mises应力最大的径向滑动轴承出现在上摆杆与下摆杆连接处,其Mises应力值为971 MPa。最后利用Workbench的参数优化设计模块对深压纹机进行了优化,优化后,轴承的最大应力减少了10.7%。该分析为深压纹机的优化提供了一定的方向与意见。Aiming at the two working positions of the initial embossing point and the compression point of the moving plat- form. The two working positions of the embossing machine were modeled and assembled respectively by SolidWorks. The fi- nite element analysis of two working positions of deep embossing machine was carried by ANSYS Workbench. The working position bearing the heavier force was found out. The Mises stress of the radial journal bearing under the working position was extracted. The results showed that the stress condition of deep embossing machine was poor when the moving platform was closed and pressurized. The radial journal bearing with the maximum stress was at the joint between the upper swing rod and the lower swing rod, and its stress value was 971 MPa. At last, the optimum design module of Workbench was used to opti- mize the deep embossing machine. After optimization, the maximum stress of the bearing was reduced by 10.7%. The analy- sis provides some suggestions for the optimization of deep embossing machines.
