摘　　要：介绍了城轨不锈钢车辆鼓型侧墙弧焊工艺的研究过程及成果。通过选用合适的焊接工艺对城轨不锈钢车辆侧墙进行焊接,很好地控制了不锈钢车辆侧墙变形程度,选定出了适合该侧墙焊接的工艺方法,制定出了不锈钢车辆鼓型侧墙弧焊工艺。The research process and achievements of the arc welding technology of drum type side wall of stainless steel ur- ban rail vehicles were introduced. By selecting suitable welding technology to weld the side wall of stainless steel urban rail vehicles, the side wall deformation of the vehicle was well controlled. The welding process suitable for the side wall was se- lected, and the arc welding process of the drum type side wall of the stainless steel vehicle was made.
