摘 要:责任教育是道德教育的重要内容。从责任教育的伦理基础看,当前责任教育主要以信念伦理为主导,导致了责任行动的普遍欠缺。欲改变这种状况,有必要扩展责任教育的伦理基础,以责任伦理弥补信念伦理不足,使得青少年行为既出于责任又符合责任。加强责任伦理教育是未来青少年责任教育改进的重要方向。为了实现这一目的,教育者应充分考虑学生的实际责任水平,从而使其产生履行责任的内驱力;指导学生在持续练习中养成良好行为习惯,不断增进承担责任的行为;引导学生在真实的日常社会生活情境中锤炼自己的意志品质。Responsibility education is a central part of moral education.By analyzing the ethical foundations of current moral education,the author found that schools took ethics of conviction as their base.This has led to deficiencies in teenagers' responsibility behaviors.To improve the situation,it is necessary for schools to broaden the ethical foundations from ethics of conviction to ethics of responsibility.Ethics of responsibility emphasizes that teenagers' actual conduct should be based on and accord with their ethical awareness.This research argues that putting more emphasis on the ethics of responsibility is an important way to improve responsibility education.To accomplish this goal,educators should consider students' real level of responsibility and develop the students' motivation to act responsibly,guide the students in forming good behavioral habits by constant practice,and thereby improve their ability for responsible behaviors,and guide the students in developing their will and character in the real context of everyday life.
