摘 要:目的丙型肝炎对患者的健康和生命危害极大,已成为严重的社会和公共卫生问题。随着全球经济一体化,国际间人员流动频繁,丙型肝炎在人群间传播更加国际化。因此检测丙型肝炎病毒通过国际口岸的流入是我国管控丙肝流行的重要环节。方法目前用于检测丙型肝炎病毒感染的方法主要有抗体检测和核酸检测,但抗体检测有较长的"窗口期",而核酸检测对技术要求较高,检测时间长,因此不适用于出入境人员的快速检测要求。结果本文概述了目前丙型肝炎病毒的检测技术概况,并对在出入境人员中如何进行快速检测的方法和应用方面提出建议。Objective Hepatitis C which presents a serious threat to the health and life of patients has become a huge social and public health burden. With the global economic integration and increase of international tourism, the cross-country spread of hepatitis C has been on the raising. Therefore, on-site detection of hepatitis C virus infection at the customs gate becomes an important part of China's hepatitis C epidemic control policy.Methods Currently, detection of anti-hepatitis C antibody and viral DNA or RNA are the main methods for detection of hepatitis C virus infection. However, development of antibody requires a long ‘window period' and would result in false negatives. On the other hand, nucleic acid detection technical often demands high quality instruments and long detection time. Therefore, such methods cannot fully meet the requirement for fast detection at custom. Results Here we summarize the current situation of hepatitis C virus detection technologies, and provide suggestions for future research and development of new methods that would be fast and accurate for the first line screening.
