摘　　要：目的提高实验室检测能力,加强对来自登革热疫区归国人员的传染病监测。方法对2015年12月16日从入境的劳务人员检出的登革热感染者进行实验室检测和流行病学调查。结果根据登革热核酸检测结果,诊断为输入性登革热病例。结论泰安是山东最大的劳务输出地区,每年都有一万多名劳务人员输出,遍布非洲,东南亚等疟疾、登革热高发地,归国劳务人员的登革热监测是一项重要工作,提高实验室工作人员的传染病检测水平尤为重要。Objective To improve laboratory testing capabilities in order to strengthen the monitoring of infectious diseases in returned laborers from dengue fever endemic areas. Method To make laboratory detection and epidemiological investigation of returned laborers infected dengue fever in 2015. Results According to the dengue nucleic acid test results, it was diagnosed imported dengue fever cases. Conclusion Tai＇an is the largest labor exporting area in Shandong with about ten thousand laborers exporting to Africa, Southeast Asia and other places with high incidence of malaria and dengue fever. Surveillance of dengue fever in returned laborers is an important work. It is particularly important to improve the detection level of laboratory staff.
