摘 要:目的调查黑龙江黑河口岸鼠类及蜱类携带巴尔通体的情况。方法利用布旗法和夹夜法捕获蜱类及鼠类样本,其中捕获蜱类样本640只,鼠类样本8只,对样本进行处理后,利用PCR方法检测巴尔通体,获得的阳性样本通过基因测序进一步鉴定。结果在蜱类检测中,仅在森林革蜱中检测到巴尔通体,阳性数为22只,在森林革蜱中的感染率为3.77%(22/583);在鼠类检测中,仅在黑线姬鼠中检测到巴尔通体,阳性率为33.33%(2/6)。结论黑龙江黑河口岸存在鼠类及蜱类携带巴尔通体的情况,提示应重点关注巴尔通体感染,并开展鼠类及蜱类携带巴尔通体的常态化监测。Objective To investigate Bartonella infection in rodents and ticks at Heihe airport in Heilongjiang Province. Method 640 tick samples and 8 rodent samples were captured by blanket-dragging method and night trapping method. All samples were amplified specific fragments and using the PCR method to be detected Bartonella. The positive samples were given genetic sequencing for further identification and classification. Results In ticks detection,22 Bartonella positive samples were detected only in Dermacentorsilvarum, the positive rate was 3.77%(22/583); In rodents detection, Bartonella positive samples were detected only in Apodemusagrarius,the positive rate was 33.33%(2/6). Conclusion The presence of Bartonella in rodents and ticks at Heihe airport indicated that we should focus on Bartonella infection and carry out normalization monitoring of rodents and ticks carrying Bartonella.
