摘  要:基于JMatPro软件,模拟计算了4种不同含碳量的16Cr3NiWMoVNbE钢的渗碳淬火组织演变,研究分析了合金的平衡相组成,热物理、力学性能参数,连续转变曲线(CCT)以及Jominy淬透性曲线.研究结果表明,随着碳含量逐渐增加至0.76%,合金A1和A3温度降低715.97和760.00℃,而淬火组织中的渗碳体含量增多至4.67%,合金淬火末端的抗拉强度、屈服强度与洛氏硬度分别强化为2 350.12 MPa,2 193.62 MPa,61.87,这3种力学性能在距离淬火端面4-9 cm有最大降幅.合金中铁素体(F)、珠光体(P)、贝氏体(B)、马氏体(M)的转变温度均随着碳含量的增加分别从850.0,779.4,469.2,361.9℃降至727.4,760.4,431.4,193.9℃.The thermo-physical and mechanical properties, phase composition, CCT curves and hardenability curves for four carbon levels 16Cr3NiWMoVNbE Steel were simulated and researched by the JMatPro. The results show that the temperature of A1 and A3 drops to 715. 97 ℃ and 760 ℃ with the carbon levels reduce to 0.76%,and the cementite levels in the quenched microstructure improve to 4.67%,the tensile strength,yield strength and Rokwell hardness of the quenching end are 2 350.12 MPa,2 193.62 MPa and 61.87,the three kinds of mechanical properties in the 4 - 9 cm to the quenching end has the largest decline. In addition,the phase transition temperature of ferrite,pearlite,bainite,martensite respectively decrease from 850. 0 m,779. 4,469.2,361.9 ℃ to 727.4,760.4,431.4,193.9 ℃ with the improvement of carbon levels.
