摘　　要：功能性胃肠病是儿科常见的一类疾病，临床上主要依据以症状为基础的罗马标准进行诊断，诊断和治疗均有待于进一步规范。现以儿童功能性胃肠病罗马Ⅳ标准为核心，阐述儿童功能性胃肠病的诊断与治疗进展，以期提高儿科医师对该类疾病的认识。Functional gastrointestinal disorders are a common disease in pediatrics. It＇s diagnosis and treatment are mainly based on Rome standard according to the symptom of complaint. The advances of diagnosis and treatment of functional gastrointestinal disorders in children based on the Rome IV standard were reviewed, and in order to improve the pediatrician＇s diagnostic levels for this kind of diseases.
