摘　　要：图书馆在社会教育,历史文献保存,信息传播等多个方面发挥着重要职能,是文献情报中心,同时还为人们提供了公共图书借阅及阅读场所,对社会信息资源传播、社会教育信息传播做出了巨大贡献。新时代背景下,图书馆信息资源类型和信息量越来越大,传统管理模式已不能满足现代图书馆发展需要,图书馆信息化建设已成为必然趋势。在图书馆信息化建设中,计算机管理系统发挥着重要职能,是实现图书馆信息化的基础。应积极探究分析图书馆计算机管理系统的总控设计,提高图书馆信息化水平。In social education,historical preservation,dissemination of information the library plays an important role,and is the centre for documentation and information.It also provides a public library and reading place for people.Under the background of the new era,the types of library information resources and the amount of information are increasing,the traditional management model can not meet the needs of the development of modern libraries.Library information construction has become an inevitable trend.In the construction of library informatization,computer management system plays an important role and is the basis of realizing library informatization.We should actively explore and analyze the total control design of library computer management system,improve the level of Library information.
