摘　　要：开发了具有自主知识产权、满足现代化特大型高炉工艺技术要求的新一代无钟炉顶技术与装备,在布料器设备、向动控制、耐磨耐高温新材料和节能环保等关键技术上有创新突破,主要技术指标达到国际领先水平。基于新一代无钟炉顶设备耐高温耐高压特性,以及宝钢湛钢5050m^3特大型高炉生产操作,开发了高炉高效、低耗、稳定工艺操作新技术,有效提升了高炉的整体生产指标。It has been developed with independent intellectual property right a new generation of bell-less top technology and equipment satisfying the technical requirements of modem super-large BF, a innovative breakthrough in the technologies regarding distributor equipment, automatic control, new type wear-proof and high temperature resistant materials, energy saving and environmental protection. Its technical indexes have reached the advanced level worldwide. Additionally, some other new technologies allowing BF to operate with high-efficiency, low-consumption, and stable process are also developed based on the high temperature and high pressure resistance characteristics of the new generation of bell-less top equipment and production operation practice of Zhanjiang Steel＇s （Baosteel Group） 5050m^3 super-large BF. These technologies greatly improve the overall production index of the BF.
