摘　　要：精准扶贫,是我国全面建成小康社会的重要举措,也是当前图书馆的主要职责和工作之一。在公共图书馆建立基于Web2.0技术的精准扶贫数字文化、科技信息服务平台,为贫困地区的人口提供多样的文化、科技信息服务,提高其文化水平并掌握丰富的科学技能,进而推动贫困地区文化和经济的发展,这是致力于公共图书馆公共数字文化服务的转型和升级的强大力量。Taking targeted measures in poverty alleviation is the important measure and work in the library.To construct digital culture and science ＆ technology service platform of poverty alleviation on web2.0 technology,enhance the educational level,seize colorful scientific technology,for promoting the culture,economic development in poor areas,is the powerful force for public digital culture service in public libraries.
