摘　　要：分析了"互联网+"背景下青海大学文献检索与利用课程教学资源的利用与共享现状,阐述了文献检索与利用课程教学资源利用与共享的构建要素,探讨了"互联网+"青海大学文献检索与利用课程教学资源的利用与共享体系构建。This paper analyses the present situation of the utilization and sharing of course teaching resources of literature retrieval and utilization in Qinghai university under the background of＂Internet＋＂,elaborates construction elements of the utilization and sharing of course teaching resources of literature retrieval and utilization,and discusses the construction of the utilization and sharing system of course teaching resources of literature retrieval and utilization in Qinghai university under the background of＂Internet＋＂.
